Made in Canada. Manual washers has a tank for caustic 30L with pump, and a tank for sani/w dosing pump 10L. Accomodates all sized kegs. Requires standard household electrical outlet to plug into. These washers come with a manual valve that allows for you to clean the spears with a low flow function.

The Mark’s Keg & Carboy Washer II is a great way to continuously rinse carboys, kegs, and pails with sanitizing solution. It features a submersible pump that runs as long as you keep it plugged in. Fill the base (it holds a gallon) with a dilute cleansing solution such as Brewer’s Edge Cleanser or Five Star Saniclean™, put a carboy, keg, or Siphonless Fermenter on top of the unit, and turn on for 10 to 20 minutes to thoroughly wash the carboy, keg, or pail. You can put airlocks, valves, and more into the front tub on the unit, and they will be cleaned as well.

This is a Micro-Matic Washer/Filler coupler with shut offs, for use on keg washers.
This coupler is unique because it has a wider bore for better drainage.

Counter Pressure Sanke Keg Filler

• Designed for the filling of kegs with an American Sanke valve ( type D)
• Can build to fit other valves (contact for details).

You will need a Shank Nut, Beer Washer and choose your Tailpiece for the top (liquid line) of the coupler.

The CJ1 Filling machine is designed and priced to bridge the gap between manual filling and a fully automatic machine and can be used to fill Steel Kegs, all One-Way Kegs and other standard design kegs with standard fittings. It can also be used for specialized products that cannot be filled on larger production fillers.

This is an adapter hose meant to bridge the height gap, or distance gap from a replacement pump to the existing piping on your Manual Keg Washer or Semi-Automatic Keg Washer.

Blackstone’s solenoid driven pumps use a minimum number of moving parts, limiting the chance of mechanical failure. Part wear and oiling associated with motor driven pumps (ball-bearings, gear drives and cams) are not a concern with these pumps. Blackstone pumps are more accurate than standard pumps due to their positive displacement design.

This pump features a stainless body, housing, and bracket. Connections are 1.5 tri clamp.  It utilizes an impeller made from food-grade plastic. The impeller does not push air by itself so to prime it you unthread the priming nut on top of the filter housing and fill with water or wine. Comes with 1.5″ tri-clamp inlet and outlet. Has a .8 hp motor and moves 13 gallons per minute with no head. Will pump up to a height of 70′. 110v. Overall dimensions are 14.5″ L x 7″W x 7″H. Weighs 15.4 lbs. Optional by-pass can be installed to restrict flow up to 25%.  This pump can handle some small solid particulate, such as grain particles, and is food grade up to 113° F.
