INSTRUCTIONS

1. Soak one handful of Smoking Chips for at least 30 minutes.
2. Place the Smoking Chips in a smoker tin or perforated tin foil.
3. Place on your charcoal or gas grill.
4. Let the Smoking Chips heat for 5-10 minutes.
