Our product guarantee
Our new kegs are of the highest quality, and undergo a lengthy series of tests including drop-testing, pressure testing, neck stress testing, chime integrity test, pickling & passivation test, corrosion test.
KEG VALVES. 30 YEAR STEEL PARTS GUARANTEE
The spears also undergo tests, and come with a 30 year guarantee on the steel parts, and 4 year guarantee on the rubber components under normal working conditions.
- Maximum steam of 135 degrees Celsius for a maximum of 2 minutes.
- Maximum acid temperature of 80 degrees Celsius for 10 mins. Maximum 3% phosphoric acid, maximum 3% nitric phosphoric blend. Maximum 3% citric acid.
- Maximum base temperature of 80 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes for 3% maximum caustic.
USED KEGS. HIGHEST QUALITY TESTING
All of our used kegs are checked for physical damage and are pressure tested. Any prior paint and branding is removed. Every valve is pressure tested and inspected. If there is any wear or damage to the valves, then the rubber seals are replaced with brand new seals and gaskets.
